1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://hindipuja.com or engaging Hindi Puja for religious rituals, pujas, havan ceremonies, or consultation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book or use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Hindi Puja connects devotees and families in Bangalore with qualified, experienced North Indian Vedic Pandits and Acharyas (originally hailing from sacred learning centers like Varanasi, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, and Bihar) for authentic Vedic rituals:

• Griha Pravesh (Housewarming), Vastu Shanti, and Navagraha Havan.
• Shri Satyanarayan Puja and Katha in Hindi.
• Vivah Sanskar (North Indian Marriage rituals and Saptapadi).
• Rudrabhishek, Mahamrityunjay Jaap, and Shiva Puja.
• Akhand Ramayan Path, Sundarkand, and Hanuman Chalisa recitation.
• Ganesh Puja, Lakshmi Puja, and Office / Business Inaugurations.
• Antim Sanskar, Shradh, Pind Daan, and Pitru Paksha ceremonies.

3. Transparent Dakshina & Pricing Policy

We believe in ethical and transparent Dakshina (fees). The required Dakshina and samagri package details are clearly discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to the ceremony over phone or WhatsApp. There are no hidden or arbitrary on-the-spot surcharges. Devotees may arrange items themselves using our provided Samagri checklist, or choose our complete samagri service.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that family schedules and shubh muhurats may need adjustment. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked ceremony, please inform us via phone or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance so our Pandit Ji's calendar can be appropriately reassigned. In urgent situations (such as Antim Sanskar), priority coordination is maintained 24/7.
